Qualification : Minimum Matric or equivalent from a recognized State/Central Education Board

Medical Standard : Eye Sight : i) The minimum distance vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 both eyes without glasses and they should possess high colour vision.
ii) The Candidates must not have knock-knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and they should possess high color vision.
iii) They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

Note : Men belonging to hill areas should produce hill area certificate issued by concerned State Authority at the time of recruitment so that they can take the benefit of relaxation in height
