Money Orders, Cheques, Bank Drafts, Cash etc. will not be accepted. No application will be considered unless accompanied with the requisite application fees. Candidates belonging to SC/ST of West Bengal and Persons with Disabilities specified under Persons with Disabilities Rules, 1999 are not required to pay any fee. The applications without fee of such candidates will not be accepted if the same is not accompanied with the self-attested photocopies of the SC/ST/PH certificates. Selection Procedure : The Preliminary Examination will be held in Kolkata and Darjeeling in May, 2013. All candidates with low vision including those from the district of Darjeeling who require the help of scribe will be allowed to appear at Kolkata Centre only. The Final Examination will be held at Kolkata in July, 2013.
