IBPS PO Cut Off Marks 2011 and Answers for Probationary Officers (PO)

The IBPS Common Written Exam recently conducted common written exam for Probationary Officers (PO) in two sessions on 18th September 2011. Now we are discussing the cutoff marks in each paper and for overall exam for morning session and evening session. The Cutoff Score generally depends on the following items.

(1) The average marks in each paper at National Level.
(2) The total number of candidates appeared to the examination.
(3) The relative difficulty/easiness of each paper.

The experts (Various Institute Directors and Senior faculty) expressed their opinion on CUT OFF MARKS as follows. Cutoff Marks are very important as IBPS issue score cards only to those candidates who qualify in each paper.

(1) Reasoning 22-27 marks
(2) English Language 12-18 marks
(3) Quantitative Aptitude 21-26 marks
(4) General Awareness 25-30 marks
(5) Computer Knowledge 25-30 marks
(6) Descriptive Paper 10-15 marks

BSNL TTA Recruitment 2011 : 171 Vacancies

Good news for people who are looking for vacancies in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). This time they published news recruitment notification for Telecom Technical Assistants (TTAs). There are total 171 vacant positions in BSNL in this time. Only Indian Nationals would be eligible to apply.

(b) M.Sc. (Electronics) from a recognized institution/University. Note:
(a) For above qualifications & streams, no equivalence shall be accepted.
(b) Candidates possessing higher qualification in the eligible streams are also eligible.
(c) Candidates possessing Three year Diploma certificates are eligible to appear in the Exam irrespective of percentage of marks obtained by them.
(d) In case a candidate is possessing requisite educational qualification, irrespective of having entered the course in the 2nd year through lateral entry level after 10+2, he/she will be eligible to appear in the exam.

How to apply:
The specimen of the application form is included in this advertisement as Annexure I. Neatly typed [only on one side of paper] copy in A4 size [30 cms. X 20 cms] may be used for making application. Applications complete in all respects should reach AGM (Estt) O/o the Chief General Manager Telecom, Bihar Telecom Circle, Sanchar Sadan, Budh Marg, Patna: 800001 on or before 31/10/2011. BSNL shall not be responsible for any postal delay. The envelope containing the application must be superscribed with "APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF TELECOM TECHNICAL ASSISTANT" in block letters.
