Qualifications : (i) ASI(RM) : Matric with Diploma in Radio and TV Technology or Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic Appliances from any Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government or 10+2 or Intermediate or equivalent with aggregate marks of fifty percent with selective subject being Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board or Institution. Physical Standards : Height : 170 cm, Chest : 80 cms (85 cms after expansion), Weight : Corresponding to Height. Note 1.- The minimum height of candidates falling in category of Garhwalies, Kumaonese, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the states of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir and Leh and Ladakh regions of J&K will be 165 Cms. The height for all candidates belonging to ST/Adivasis or Tribals including Mizos and Nagas will be 162.5 Cms. Medical Standards : (i) Minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of the both eyes without correction i.e. without wearing glasses. (ii) Must pass high-grade colour vision test. (iii) Must not have knock-knees, flat feet or squint in eyes. (iv) Must not be having any defect/deformity likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties

Method of Selection : Written Examination

Application Fee : Application should be accompanied by a Crossed Bank Draft / Indian Postal Order for Rs. 50/- (Fifty) only for GEN/OBC candidates as the examination fee in favour of The Inspector General or DIG/Comdt to whom the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/ post office. However, the SC/ST and Departmental candidates are not required to submit examination fee.

How to apply

The Candidates should apply in the prescribed application Format by neatly typing the same on double space, on white sheet. Attested photo copies of educational qualifications and date of birth. Three recent passport size photographs, duly attested by a gazetted officer, One each to be pasted on the application form and admission card and third one to be attached with application form. On receipt of application, completed in all respects, at the respective addressee, eligible candidates will be allotted a Roll Number on the Admission Card, which will be sent to them as token of acknowledgment of their applications. This Admission Card will be authority for reporting at the Recruitment Center for the Written /Physical and other test etc. The envelope containing application must be superscripted in bold letters as under “Application For The Post Of HC ( RO ) /ASI ( RM ) ” . Application should reach to the addressee on or before 27th July 2012 .

If, the performance of a candidate during the training is not found satisfactory, his/her selection shall be liable for cancellation/termination. On successful completion of training, the candidates shall be given appointment on probation for a period of two years in appropriate cadre of the company structure, the revised pay structure of which is under finalization. The Executive Trainee (Accounts shall be paid a fixed monthly stipend @ Rs.15,600/- per month during the three months training period. The Dy. Director (F&A) shall be entitled to draw the remuneration as per their pay scale. The Dy. Director&A) shall also initially appointed on probation for 2 years. They shall be required to execute a Service Agreement Cum Surety Bond to complete the training and to serve the company for 3 years after successful completion of training.
