These Recruitment Stamps may be pasted at the top left hand corner of the Application Form in the space provided for the purpose. Recruitment Stamps must be got cancelled from the counter clerk of any Post Office including the Post Office of issue with the date stamp of Post Office in such a manner that the impression of the cancellation stamps clearly overflows on the Application Form itself, taking care at the same time that the impression is clear and distinct to facilitate the identification of the date and the Post Office of issue at any subsequent stage. Non-cancellation of stamps may lead to rejection of the Application Form.

How to apply

 

Application shall be filled by the candidate in his own handwriting preferably in black or blue ink only  in Hindi or English language. Application filled up in any other language will be summarily rejected. Applications without photograph or signature at requisite places are liable to be rejected. If any variation is found in the signatures appended at different places his/her candidature will be liable to be cancelled by the Commission. 6.8 One envelope should contain application of one candidate only. Infringement of this instruction would invite penal action by the Commission, which also includes rejection of applications.
