Qualification : Applicant shall possess the Bachelor’s Degree of a University established in India under a statute. Preference may be given to those applicants who possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing /Management. Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited invites applications for the post of  Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT)

Qualification : B.Sc.(Agriculture) - Four years Full Time Degree Course. 

Knowledge of Language : Candidate must be well versed with the knowledge of reading, writing and speaking regional language of the State for which application is made (one or more than one language). Knowledge of Hindi is also desirable.

Note : 1. B.Sc. (Agriculture) Degree should be from the University/Institute recognized by UGC. 2. General/OBC candidates having minimum aggregate of 60% marks in all semesters and 55% in case of SC/ST are eligible to apply. 3. Candidates who have passed their B.Sc.(Agri.) degree in 2012 and also those who have passed or are likely to pass their Degree in the year 2013 by 31st July, 2013 with minimum of 60% marks can only apply Those who have passed their Degree prior to 2012 need not apply.

Age limit as on 1st July, 2013 : 28 Yrs

Training Period : The duration of Training will be one year.

Compensation : During training, stipend and other benefits will be paid as per Rules of the Society which is presently about Rs. 26,000/- p.m. On successful completion of one year training and subject to requirement, the AGTs will be absorbed at basic pay of Rs.15450/- p.m. in the regular Pay Scale of Rs.15000-26250, with usual Allowances/ benefits as per Rules of the Society.
Selection Procedure : Eligible candidates will be required to appear for preliminary Computer based On-Line Test in open environment by using their own resource (the configuration will be intimated to them). Only short-listed candidates based on their performance in the Preliminary On-Line Test, will be called for Final On-Line Test in the controlled environment i.e. at the designated Centres at Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Palampur, Pune, Raipur, Shimla and Varanasi. Details will be communicated to the eligible candidates. Only those candidates who are short-listed on the basis of their performance in Final On-Line Test will be called for personal interview. Candidates are required to opt any two Test Centres in order of their preference out of these centres. Efforts will be made to allot the test centre in order of choice given by the candidates. Request for change in the test centre once opted will not be entertained. IFFCO reserves the right to cancel any of these centres and in that eventuality, the candidates will have to appear in the centre as decided by the Management.
Place of Posting : Notwithstanding the selection and placement of AGTs for training, the selected candidates on absorption can be posted in any of the States/Projects/Establishment(s) of IFFCO anywhere in India or abroad.
Bond : On appointment, the Trainees would be required to furnish a bond as per Rules of the Society.
