3	Management Executives	Passed MBA examination or equivalent degree from recognized University with engineering graduation preferably in Computer Science/IT/E & TC with good scholastic background, good  linguistic, logical and interpersonal intelligences, sound foundation in computing and office automation tools, high degree of involvement, dynamism and customer focus

Note : Engineer Trainees and Management Executives will initially undergo a one year internship in live projects at MKCL and will be offered a regular position thereafter subject to their overall satisfactory performance. During the internship they will be paid an excellent stipend.
