Personal Interview : Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short-listed based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank.

This may seem obvious, but knowing your own resume inside and out is crucial to interview success. If, like many job seekers today, you've tailored your resume to suit this specific company or position, make sure you take the time to memorize that specific version so you're prepared to answer any and all questions the employer may have about it.
"If they ask you about something from eight years ago, you should know it; you wrote it," Burton said.

Leveraging Knowledge of the Company and Interviewer

Every job seeker has been told to thoroughly research the company and position he or she is interviewing for, but it's just as important to know how to use that information to your advantage. Myers recommended researching not only the job description and organization, but the community in which it's located.
"It's very impressive when a candidate can talk about why he or she is a good fit for the position, as well as things that are going on in the company's community," she said.
Burton added that using LinkedIn to research the hiring manager and anyone else you might be speaking to before the interview can give you an understanding of each person's background and potentially some common ground to spark a discussion.

The speed of shorthand and typing of English stenographers would be 60 and 30 words per minute respectively and for Hindi Stenographer the speed would be 60 and 25 words per minute respectively.2. II	English Stenographers for C.B.I. Courts & Family Courts
III	Hindi Stenographers for Civil Courts of Jharkhand .( For Hindi Stenographer only, backlog vacancy exists for ST, SC & M.B.C./ E.B.C. Category of candidates, General category candidates need not apply for Hindi Stenographers).

Age Limit : The candidates must be above 18 years of age as on the 01.02.14 but not more than the age of 35 years in case of General category, 37 years in case of E.B.C./M.B.C. (Schedule-I) and B.C. (Schedule-II) category, 38 years in case of female (General, E.B.C./M.B.C. and B.C.) and 40 years in case of S.T. and S.C. category candidates. The Physically challenged candidates will get a further age relaxation of five (05) years.

Application Fee: Original Bank Draft / Postal Order for Rs. 400/- (Four Hundred Only) for General category, E.B.C./M.B.C. (Schedule-I) B.C. (Schedule II) and Rs. 125/- (One Hundred and Twenty Five only) for S.C. and S.T. drawn on any nationalized Bank payable at Ranchi favouring Registrar General, High Court, of Jharkhand, Ranchi towards the payment of examination fees.
