4	Radiotherapy Technician	(i) 10+2 or its equivalent from recognized Board/University/ Institution with Science. (ii) B.Sc.(Radiotherapy) from a recognized institution of Health Science or equivalent qualification as per AERB rules. (iii) Punjabi upto Matriculation level	6

Age limit:  38 years.

Application Fee : Fee of Rs 1500/-(Rs 750/- for SC/ST) will be accepted from the candidate on the same day for the post of Lecturer (Physiotherapy) and Rs. 500/- (Rs.250 for SC/ST) for other posts.

All eligible candidates are required to appear before the Selection Committee on 23.4.2013 at 9.00AM in the Committee Room of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot . Candidates are required to bring all original certificates. Proforma duly filled along with enclosures be submitted at Establishment Branch (2nd Floor) of the University Office.
