Interested candidates may appear personally along with original / attested (attested by a Gazetted Officer) copies of certificates to prove age, qualification, Apprenticeship, experience. if any, caste / community certificate in the case of SC/ST/OBC, if relaxation is required, two passport size colour photographs and ESI Registration Card, if already registered under ESI scheme, at the FACT Training Centre, Udyogamandal, Kerala – 683 501 at 9.30 AM on 16.04.2013.
