Dully filled up application form accompanied with attested copies od certificates of educational qualification, age proof as per school Certificate/Admit card/Birth Registration Certificate, Caste/Tribe Certificate, permanent Residential Certificate of the distrcit , 04 Nos,recent passport size photograph with self signature on back side and  self addressed reply envelop affixed with postage stamp of Rs 5 will be receive W.E.F 08/12/2012 at P.H.Q Itanagar. A treasury challan of Rs 15 for APST candidates and Rs 60/-for General candidates in favour  of Asst Inspector General of Police (E) PHQ Itanagar under Head of Account 0055 Police should be enclosed.
