OR (a) A Master`s degree in related subject with atleast 55% marks and (b) Sailing experience * of minimum of six months at Management level within the meaning of STCW Convention in force. Desirable : Extra First Class Engineer Certificate of Competency / PGDMOM / M.Sc. from World Maritime University	5
