Project Title : "Optimization and Reliability Modeling"

Qualification : For Category A : Ph.D. in Statistics/ Operations Research/ Mathematics or any relevant subject, specializing in the area of optimization techniques/ game theory with consistently good academic record.  
Desirable : Knowledge of computer programming and software packages on optimization, MATLAB/ LINGO/ R etc. 
For Category B : Ph.D. in Statistics/ Reliability Engineering or any relevant subject, specializing in the area of reliability theory/ life testing with consistently good academic record.  
Desirable : Knowledge of computer programming and software packages on optimization, MATLAB/ LINGO/ R etc.

Pay Scale : Rs. 32500/- for person who have submitted Ph.D thesis but not yet been formally awarded Ph.D degree and Rs. 39,000/- for relatively new Ph.D.

Age Limit : 35 Yrs
