Trade Apprentice	a) For non-ITI applicants: Passed “Madhyamik” (Class: X standard or equivalent), with minimum 40% marks in Aggregate and with 40% marks in each of Mathematics & Science. b) For ITI applicants: Should have passed trade test from any institute recognized by NCVT or SCVT or any other authority specified through Gazette Notification of Ministry of Labour & Employment, with duration as per Apprentice Act 1961.	2714

Age Limit : Between 14 to 22 years - As on 01-10-2012

Duration of Training : For Non-lTl & lTl Candidates: Duration of Training period will be as specified  in the Apprentices Act, 1961. However, for ex- ITI candidates,  training period will be reduced  by the normal duration of Trade-wise  training period, the Candidate have underwent training at ITI in respective  trade.
 
Standard of Physical Fitness : As per the Schedule II of the Apprentices Act,  1961 & Disabilities Act,  1995.

Stipend : During  the 1st year of training, Rs.1490/- , During  the 2nd year of training, Rs.  1700/- , During  the 3rd year of training, Rs.1970/- , During  the 4th year of training, Rs.2220/-

Application Fee :  Indian Postal order of Rs. 30/- (non-refundable), in favor of sr. GM/GM of the ordnance Factory, where the candidate has applied for. Candidate should write in ink the serial no. of his/her acknowledge form at the back of IPO.
