- Practice and plan– A lot of candidates get goosebumps even on the thought of facing the interview. On such scenario what they can do is lot of practice. Standing in front of the mirror and preparing for the interview will help them to overcome the fear of interview. Answer questions to yourself by sitting in front of the mirror and this will give you confidence. Plan out in advance how you will face the interview, what will you wear etc.
