Soft skills is a term associated with individual EQ (emotional intelligence quotient) cluster of personality traits, gifts, social, communication, language, personal habits, friendliness, and optimism that characterize the relationships with other people. These skills are important in many of the recruiters because they believe that soft skills to complement the hard skills (part of the IQ of the person), which are the professional standards of work and many other functions.
