Applications are  invited from Indian citizens for Trade Apprenticeship Training in Ordnance & Ordnance Equipment Factories for the year 2012-13 
Qualification : For non  ITI applicants : Passed "Madhyamik" with minimum 40 % marks in aggregate and with 40% marks in each of Mathematics & Science. For ITI applicants : Should have passed trade test from any institute recognized by NCTVT or SCVT or any other authority specified through Gazetted Notification of Ministry of Labour & Employment, with duration as per Apprentices Act 1961.

Age Limit: Between 14 to 22 years as on 01-10-2012

Stipend :  During the 1st year of training, Rs.14904/-m During the 2nd year of training, Rs.1700/- , During the 3rd year of training, Rs.1970/- , During the 4th year of training, Rs.2220/-

How to apply

 

Interested candidates should apply Online. While filling up the application form through the website, the applicant must be ready with the following  i) Scanned copy of his/her recent passport size colour photograph, and ii) Scanned copy of his/her signature. Candidates must follow the detailed instructions, which will be available on the web-site while filling up the application form.  The hard copy of the application form must be sent to the respective Ordnance Factory, in a closed envelop super scribed with 'Application For Trade Apprenticeship ' where the candidate intend to apply along with the attested copy of the following documents  i) Educational qualification ID SC/ST/OBC/PH (PC) certificates. Candidates claiming OBC status should note that certificate on creamy layer should have been obtained within 03 years before the closing date. iii) Document of Age proof iv) lndian Postal Order of Rs. 30/- (non-refundable),  in favor of Sr. GM/GM of the Ordnance Factory, where the candidate has applied for. Candidate should write in ink the serial no. of his/her acknowledge form at the back of IPO. Application is to be addressed to the Senior General Manager/ General Manager of any of the prescribed Ordnance Factories, where the applicant intends to undergo the Trade Apprenticeship training and to appear in the competitive induction Examination.
