Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will conduct all India common written examination (CWE) on 27th November 2011 for clerical carde posts for 19 PSU banks. IBPS will also conduct CWE for probationary officer post on 18 September 2011. Online registration is now closed for PO post but good news is candidates can apply online for clerks till 24th September, 2011 at www.ibps.in website. Candidates who want to apply for this examination may ensure that they are eligible for this post

Total 19 PSU bank’s are participating in this exam, list given below. Each bank will then individually shortlist candidates and carry out their own selection processes such as interviews for final selection.

Age limit: Candidate should have age between minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years

Educational Qualifications: A pass with 60% marks in the aggregate in Matriculation/SSC (old pattern)/SSLC/10th std. Examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent. For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM candidates a pass in the aggregate in Matriculation/SSC (old pattern)/SSLC/10th std. Examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent
OR
A pass with 50% marks in HSC examination of 10+2 (10+2+3 pattern) /11th Std. of
(11+1+3) pattern or Intermediate/Pre-University or any equivalent examination/Diploma in Banking recognized by Central/State Government or U.T. administration. For
SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM candidates a pass in HSC examination of 10+2 (10+2+3 pattern) /11th Std. of (11+1+3) pattern or Intermediate/Pre-University or any equivalent examination/Diploma in Banking recognized by Central/State Government or U.T. administration
OR
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Application Fee: Candidates may deposit fee between 24th Aug 2011 to 23rd September, 2011, details of fee given below:
Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.
