Post Name	Qualification
Joint/ Deputy Director - Replication	First class post-graduation or equivalent in any discipline.Joint/Deputy Director - Replication and Dissemination of Innovative/Best Practices Would be responsible for :Scouting, scanning and tracking innovative/ best practices at the state as well as at the national level that have positively impacted public service delivery.Creating a public domain inventory of innovations in public systems for the purpose of knowledge management and diffusion of innovations.Facilitating the emergence of eco-systems that are not only hospitable to cost-effective innovative ideas but also encourage risk-taking experiments for promoting innovations.Planning and Organizing Seminars/Training programmes/Workshops with a view to replicate and disseminate the relevant information.Initiating dialogue with State/Union Territory Governments for replication of relevant innovative practices, with regular follow up on monthly basis till successful implementation of the initiative. Maintaining a list of the names and contact addresses of all secretaries, heads of departments and at least two officers at the level of additional/joint/deputy directors under each of CIPS focus areas, for ready reference at any given time.Preparing a data base of at least 200 innovations/best practices in each sector within 6 months from the date of joining.Constant monitoring and updation of CIPS website.
