Candidates after successfully submitting application online are required to take print out of the Application Form, paste his/her recent photograph, put his/her signature at the specified space, enclose certified copies with regard to educational qualifications, age, experience, Disability Certificate in respect of Persons with Disabilities[Certificate issued by Medical Board] and Caste Certificate in the case of SC/ST/OBC etc. issued by Competent Authority and send the same to the Member-Secretary, Central Silk Board, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, Hosur Road, B.T.M. Layout, Madiwala, Bangalore - 560 068 so as to reach this office on or before 10th June, 2011. In case the hard copy of the application alonqwith enclosures is not received within the stipulated date, such applications would be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
