Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak has announced and published advertisement for recruitment of candidates for following posts. Persons who are eligible and and interested for IIM Rohtak Recruitment may apply through prescribed application format before the last date.

Details

1. Grade: Librarian (Pay band Rs. 15600-39100 & Grade pay Rs.7600)
(Functional designation as Chief Information Manager)
Qualification: Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme). Consistently good academic record. Ph.D. in relevant area may be an advantage.
2. Grade: Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer (Pay band Rs.15600-39100 & Grade pay Rs.6600)(Functional designation as Chief Finance Manager)
Qualification: M.Com (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) with CA/ICWS/Cost Accounting. Consistently good academic record. MBA is an added advantage.
3. Grade: Administrative Officer (Programme)
(Pay band Rs.9300-34800 & Grade pay Rs.5400)
(Functional designation as Senior Manager Programmes)
Qualification: Post-Graduate degree or diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in any subject/LLB. Consistently good academic record.A degree or diploma in management will be an added advantage.
4. Grade: Stores& Purchase Officer
(Pay band Rs.9300-34800 & Grade payRs.4200)
(Functional designation as Manager Materials & Services)
Qualification: Degree in materials management (under 10+2+3/4 scheme) or any degree with diploma in materials management. For those who have experience of at least 5 years as Stores In-charge with responsibility of purchase and/or Purchase Officer, in large government departments or public sector establishments, a degree/diploma in materials management is not essential.Consistently good academic record.
5. Grade: Junior Engineer
(Pay band Rs. 9300-34800 & Grade payRs.4200)
(Functional designation as Engineering Executive)
Qualification: Degree/diploma (under 10+2+4/3 scheme) in civil engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution, with experience or additional qualification in handling electrical work. Consistently good academic record.Sound knowledge of civil project design and implementation.Having a Post-Graduate degree or diploma in management may be an adde d advantage.
6. Grade: Accountant
(Pay band Rs.9300-34800 & Grade pay Rs.4200)
(Functional designation as Accounting Executive)
Qualification: A degree (under 10+2+3 scheme) in commerce or an equivalent professional qualification. Consistently good academic record. Sound knowledge in finance and accounts.
7. Grade: Driver
(Pay band Rs.5200-20200 & Grade payRs. 1900)
(Functional designation & role as Multi Function Assistant)
Qualification: 12th standard pass (under 10+2 scheme) with a good understanding ofroutine automobile maintenance requirements. Should have been possessing a valid driving license at least for 4 years and never awarded a suspension of driving license. Should be fluent in Hindi with skills to speak English. Preference will be given to those having higher qualifications, a working knowledge of computers and experience in handling routine office activities.
8. Grade: Attendant (Peon)
(Pay band Rs.4440-7440 & Grade pay Rs. 1300)
(with functional designation as Staff-on-Call)
Qualification: 10h standard pass. Preference will be given to those having working knowledge of computers. Should be able to communicate in Hindi and preferably English.
