Application in the prescribed format shall be sent by Registered Post/Speed Post in an envelope superscribing "Application for the post of UDC / MTS under Sports Quota" at the Additional Commissioner, Regional Office, ESI Corporatiott, 143, Sterling Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600 034 on or before 12.09.2012.
