Assistant Lineman Job position in Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited 

Qualification : Should have a pass certificate of 18/24 months course in “Electrician/ Electronics/ Electronic Mechanic” trade from Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) recognized by Government of Karnataka.  

Note: Candidates possessing qualification in other disciplines/ branches other than what is specified above need not apply. Other Qualifications: i)Should have knowledge of Kannada to read and write.ii) Should have normal eye sight. iii) Should have satisfactory physical fitness and shall qualify in the Endurance Test.

For the candidates possessing a pass certificate of 18/24 months course in “Electrician” trade from Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) recognized by the Government of Karnataka

Age Limit :The candidates should have attained the age of 18 years

Application Fee : 1)Rs. 400/-(Rupees Four Hundred only) in respect of candidates belonging to General Candidate and Category I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIB. Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST Category.

Selection Procedure : Recruitment to the posts of ALM will be made by selection strictly on merit, base on the marks secured in the Qualifying Examination only, duly following the reservation policies of the Govt. of Karnataka.
