Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200/- 

Fee : i) Processing fee in the form of crossed Indian Postal Order of Rs. 40/- drawn in favour of FA & CAO , E.Rly./Kolkata payable at GPO/Kolkata should be attached by UR & OBC candidate with the application forms. Candidate should mention their name and address on the Indian Postal Order

Mode of Recruitment : 1. The selection of candidate will be done by the competent recruitment committee and trial committee through TIRIALS AND INTERVIEW. 2. The candidates declared fit / suitable in TRIALS shall only be considered for the interview stage by Recruitment committee

Medical Examination : The candidate will require to be declared medically fit by Rly. Medical authority in the medical category prescribed for the post, prior to appointment after due selection

Application shall be submitted in prescribed format of A4 size quality paper to Chief Works Manager,  C & W Workshop, Eastern Railway, Liluah,  Howrah – 711204 . The last date of receipt of application will be at 16.00 hrs. on 31.10.2013 and For the candidates residing abroad and Andaman Nicobar, Lakshadweep Islands, Assam, Meghalaya , Sikkim, Mizoram, Nagaland & Arunachal Pradesh the closing date is 15.11.13 at 16.00 hrs
